Peer Critiques
Peer Critique
To accompany Jerwood Contemporary Painters and The Drawing Shed we are running 2 peer critique sessions for artists working in painting and drawing.
Painters: Thursday 29th July 5.30-7.30pm.
Artists Using Drawing: Saturday 21st August 2-4pm.
Peer critiques run alongside our exhibition programme and provide opportunities for artists to discuss their work with other artists in a critical yet supportive environment. Peer Critique is not a lecture, a presentation, or a talent show, rather it is a discussion, a forum, an opportunity to receive constructive feedback.
Every session features three artists who each have a 30 minute slot in which to talk about their work and engage in discussion with a group not exceeding 12 people.
