Development Manager
£25-30,000 plus performance-related rewards
 
PSL, a fast-growing contemporary visual art organisation, seeks to appoint a dynamic person to the new position of Development Manager, at an exciting point in the organisation’s life. The post holder will play a major role in securing the maximum support from all private income sources, ensuring that PSL can meet its aims and objectives. The successful candidate will work with PSL’s Directors to initiate and implement an ambitious development plan linked to our forthcoming move to new larger premises.
 
We are looking for someone with both an understanding of the drivers behind private sector corporate sponsorship and experience in an arts or heritage environment, ideally with an understanding of contemporary art. The successful candidate will be the person who can demonstrate that their experience and drive will generate substantial income for the business on an annual basis.
